Thanks. That backs up individual things. I am looking for something to back up the entire phone in case I lose/break it and want to replace it. Apple and Samsung phones came with a way to backup and restore completely. I was hoping BlackBerry came with a similar feature.
It didn't.... closet thing would be BlackBerry Content Transfer. But it's not a full backup like Samsung and Google offer. And it's success rate isn't 100%...
I'd allow Google to do it's backup of the device, I'd use Google Photos for photos and videos, I'd use OneDrive for documents, I'd use cloud account to take care of Email, Contacts, Calendar and I'd make sure each app that I used had some backup option or feature...
I have individual backups of everything. My worry is I break my phone or lose it. I want to be up and running again as soon as possible.
