Hard to say, they may not be supported or you could have a pretty well known bug in your Android Runtime. Your lack of details makes it hard to pinpoint the exact user. You should consider signing up for an account so you can reply to comments and let folks know which apps you're trying to install as well as what OS is on your device.
Going to 10.3 before final release is a bit risky.
10.3 is ok, as long as it's not 10.3.3.xxxx the developer release..... But 10.3.2.xxxx should be ok in most cases.
OP BB10 has an OLD Android Runtime.... compatibility is limited. There are some ways to improve compatibility (search SNAP or Cobalt here).
