    Hi,
    My Z30 has been running on a leaked 10.3.1 OS and I'm not satisfied with it as it's quite buggy and draining the battery very rapidly. I've been trying to re-install the official OS through BlackBerry Link but it keeps giving an error. Every time I try it says that I need to install a BlackBerry desktop component and as soon as it reaches midway it stops and a window pops up which says an error has occurred and the installation stops. Tried the Internet Explorer option also and the installation stops midway. Is there anyway other way i can re-install the official OS.

    You may wanna find an old autoloader of the latest official OS and use that the same way you installed the leak.

    do the security wipe, after that you are ready to go with an official OS

    This is incorrect. A security wipe simply deletes all data and leaves the OS intact.
