    Hi, I lost my z10 a month ago and could not find it back despite several efforts. Fortunately i have the backup stored in my computer and now i want that backup restored in my z30? i did a restore but i am not able to get the exact contact details. Please suggest how i can get the exact backup transferred to my new z30?

    You just have to select which backup you want to restore, and restore all.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. i have actually done the same thing but didn't get the contacts and some of the mdeia files are also missing. unfortunately i have not been able to get any contact
