    Hey guys ,
Would anyone know how to do this?

I was sent 2 Lcd screens from eBay, however they did not come with the assembly or "frame" as the seller called it. Usually when you pry the phone open and look at the back of the screen it looks metal with some screw holes that allow the screen to be secured to the main frame. I only have the screen that somehow mates to that "frame ". If I want to use these screens I would have to figure out a way to remove it from the "frame" My questions are:

    1) what is the name of that "frame"? Is it an assembly, digitizer, frame or what is it?

The eBay seller told me it had no "frame" when I bought it and I was like "yeah yeah yeah what ever" because I thought he was referring to the main frame of the phone. That and I've bought 3 other screens on eBay any they all came ready to install out of the shopping box, easy peasy.

    2) if I have to keep the screens, how do I go about removing the screen from the frame/assembly/what ever the ef it's called?

    Any help is appreciated.

The screen I got from eBay is attached. It just has a black back. The other photo is from Amazon showing the back with the "frame".
