    I would not advise removing the battery as the device is sold with a "Non-removable" battery. The only way to remove it, would be to dismantle the device.

    If your device is still under warranty, take it into the shop and see if they can fix it. Also, would you be able to provide a screen shot of the problem? This will help a bit.

    (Hold Down, Volume UP and Volume Down keys together) screen shot will be saved in your pictures folder.

    Battery can be removed only by dismantling device.... steady hands and proper tools required.

    Send a screen shot of symbol.
