Just go this fab device but some of the features are lagging a bit and two of the buttons are not working.

So I want to reinstall the factory version of the OS to rule out software problems before sticking my fingers in its hardware but it's an hour now that I have been looking for a way to do it and I am still lost between language I don't understand and search results that have nothing to do with my query.

I've been using iPhones and Android phones ever since and always found the reinstall option loaded onto the device. I am not sure why BBPD9881 doesn't seem to have it or maybe I just don't know where to look for it.

So, in simplest of the simplest ways possible, can someone explain how the reinstall works and where do I get the OS package to use?

    Thanks

For general troubleshooting you may want to try BBVE.
If not already installed on your device it is available in BBW.
