Initially I forgot my blackberry passport user ID and password . I could not recover it. Later I updated the latest software 10.3.3 . Now the problem is, I got my user ID and password, but the anti-theft mode is on and now it is asking the old user ID and password which was use to set up this device. The old user ID and password are unknown. Is there any solution???

Ask the person who set it up. No way to bypass it as far as I know.

Have you tried all the options listed here, to recover your ID and password? BlackBerry ID Support - FAQs

Note that your ID is an email address. Try to think of the une you were using most when you set up the BB ID originally.
