The only way you can recover a BBID is to be in control of all the email accounts involved.
If you have full access to the two email addresses you mentioned and have your password, you can switch the email address back around.
If you do not know the current BBID password, you can reset it.
If you do not have control of the email addresses, you can not recover it.
