Accidentally i must have press on something b/c I no longer hear my phone ring - there is a bar on the bell which indicates that the ringer is off and I don,t know how to tun it back on.... I need this since I am on stand by for my work...

If you are using a BB10 device swipe down to open Settings...open Notifications....set Active Profile to "Normal".
