I own a BlackBerry Classic (OS and I really like the device.

The only really annoying thing is that I quite frequently set the alarm clock or make other changes to the alarm settings when carrying the device in my pocket. This is happening even if I lock the screen and I've set a PIN for unlocking the screen.

It appears that, even though the screen is locked and protected by a PIN, one can enter the alarm settings by wiping down the screen. I guess that is what is happening when carrying the device in my pocket.

Is there a way to prevent this?

    Best, Markus
