    On BB10, go to settings>language and input>feedback>and lower the volume.

    Edit: sorry I misread your question, I thought you were talking about the keyboard. Nothing you can do for the dial pad unless you're on silent

    That doesn't work.

    The only way to mute the dial-pad is by turning sound off in the notifications.

    Or just punch the number into the assistant to dial.

    If you have a keyboard, just type the number into the home screen ... the assistant will pop up and dial the number... No loud keypad tones.
