    I have deleted all of my apps and games but there still isn't enough room for 10.3.1. It says I need to free up 600mb of space but there's nothing else to get rid of.

    You should do a back-up, perform a security wipe and then upgrade. The installation size is bigger than the file size and that's why it needs more space (there is a homepage article by CrackBerry as well)
