    I could only see 3 or 4 lines of text while typing on my Q10 and Motorola Razr.

    That's going to be relative to the device you're using and what font size you have set. There is no standard answer here.

    The answer is 4 lines when typing on a Q10 or Q5 if everything is set to default.
