I am sure this may have been asked somewhere and may also probably sound stupid to some but I just wanna know. How long exactly does it take to update, My Z10 stl-100 has been updating for almost 4 hours now , it's frustrating. It downloads the software and then it installs it but when it gets to 90% it starts again by downloading the software, it has happened twice already now, is this normal?

no, restarting and downloading and installing again is not normal. You might be better off downloading an autoloader and installing it yourself.

thanks for the reply, but it turns out it was my WiFi signal that kept on disconnecting causing everything to restart but now it installed just fine and now my z10 looks like a new phone. thanks.
