Please read these instructioms ---> How to sideload Snap without any hassle using Snap Installer
It needs to be sideloaded.
It is a useful tool but doesn't appear to be supported any longer and it does not enable any Android apps which require Google play services...you will need Cobalt's workaround to enable that.
