    I've just updated my blackberry z10 STL100-3 to 10.3 os but wrongly updated the STL100-1 radio file...and phone was showing error 0004 which means wrong radio file has been added to the device... Now my phone is just showing red blinking light...I have the STL100-3 radio file now but because the device was locked in Sachesi it is showing that "this tool require USB connection" so unable to connect to the computer...so now how can I upload the right radio file of STL100-3 to my device...? Plz help me...

    Try BlackBerry Link to restore it. It should pull down the required files.

    Yeah I tried but device is just showing green light for a moment and then 'software update encountered an error' error comes...
