    i entered device password wrongly i lost all datas,now mobile ask blackbery id and password but anti theft is turn on.i forgot my id and pasword,if i creating new id and password mean it will working o not.i tried this also but mobile display THE ANTI THEFT PROTECTION IS ON.T0 CONTINUE WITH DEVICE SET-UP YOU MUST ENTER YOUR BLACKBERRY ID.i want to know onething mobile is use or not.if i go to service centre means it will solving or not.

    You need to use your the bbid that was originally set up on the device. You should be able to reset it if you do not know the password
