If you mean a hard reboot....simply hold the power button down for about 20 seconds until red LED flashes and boot logo reappears. This will not wipe your device but often serves to correct any minor software issues.

If you mean a factory reset connect device to BBLINK on your PC and use Link to reset or reload your OS. These will wipe your device. It is best to use Link rather than initiating the wipe from your phone..less likely to stall the wipe.

By holding the power button for 20 second, just turn off the device. Red led never flash until I release the power button.. anything I have missed?

Hold power button down for about 20 to 30 seconds. The LED should flash, the boot logo should appear and the device should restart.

If it is just powering down you need to hold the power button longer until device restarts while you are pressing.

You could also use an autoloader it's the quickest way.

Are you trying to correct a problem or simply want to refresh device?
