    I have a Z10 model STL100-3. I am running software release 10.2.1.2156. I purchased the phone unlocked through shopblackberry.com. T-Mobile is my service provider.


    T-Mobile has stopped supporting the Z10. When I check for an OTA update and when I check via BB Link I am told I have the latest available device software. I checked for updates with and without the SIM card inserted.


    Is there a method available to get an official, non-beta, software update to the current OS for my phone?
