How to get Blackberry support for phones made by Optiemus?

I bought my Keyone in Aug 2018, purchased through Amazon. When I called blackberry support and gave them my OMEI number I was told my phone was made in India by OPTIEMUS and they could not help me. they did give me an E-Mail address which I have not recieved an answer from. My problem is that my phone will only wake up by hitting the power button and now it often dials 911 when I hit the power button. Any body have similar problems?

It's the law in India for phones to call emergency services by a triple-tap of the power button.

Despite being sold by some 3rd part retailer/importer via Amazon, you device was specifically manufactured for and sold in India. You will have to deal with Optiemus.
