Hi i'm facing a problem these days. I'm receiving Lots of spam text messages. How can I block this numbers and don't receive any more advertisement text messages?

Hi, can you tell us, are the spam from a standard mobile number from your carrier or one of those short SMS numbers used for advertising?

You could try a third party app to block numbers but I don't know if they work very well.

You could try to contact your carrier I know with Rogers in Canada they will block numbers

Some of them are from my carrier some other are short numbers that just advertising.
If I contact my carrier would they stop this ads?

This is very dominant in the Philippines. I get them from 2 - 4 times a day (usually about a promo for a new condominium, health cards, or seminars) -. And they usually come from actual people with some technology to blast text messages to a great number.

Long story short, our carrier actually advised us to report this via social media, online, or their customer service hotline... eventually blocking the number from their system.

You can choose to do the same by reporting this to your carrier.

I have contacted my carrier yesterday and they gave me a code and after 24 hour this ads and spams would be automatically block by the carrier.
Untill now I have not received any ads text messages.
