how to find the ( alow calling over mobile network settings) on bbm latest update?

Try calling and it will ask you if you want to allow it

the problem is I cant call! no calling icon! the only way ib to open bbm contacts over the contacts app and call him but then it requests me to allow that setting any help?

open BBM>> swipe down the screen from top>> choose settings>> turn "Allow BBM calls over mobile networks" on
(NOTE!!: it doesn't let you calll someone on mobile network who has this option off! you both have to turn this on.)
