Running Q10 BB Software Release 10.3.1.1767 OS Version 10.3.1.2558 with AT&T and a Mac OS 10.11.6 - no access to Windows machine.
BB Link crashes continually and have tried all suggested methods to get it working.
I am trying to figure out another way (non BB Link) to wipe the OS clean and perform a fresh install of the OS.
Any suggestions?
