Hello, plug your device in your computer using the cable that came with your device. Open BlackBerry Link and select the "Factory Reset" button.

It should take 1 - 2 hours to complete.

You can also go into "Security & Privacy" under setting and select the "Security Wipe" option. I wouldn't recommend doing it this way as some people have run into problems.

Normally nothing goes wrong, i'm just bringing it up since 1 or 2 people have said it stops at 98% while doing the factory reset. I'm sure it will be absolutely fine for you!

In BlackBerry Link. Go to Preferences at top of screen and click Reload Device software.

The alternative is to open Backup and Restore and to do a Factory reset.

Or as suggested you can do a Security wipe directly on your device...settings...security...security wipe.

Actually I have lots of problems in my phone like.
    1. Restating while receiving calls.
    2. Phone doesn't turn off itself even at 0% battery( when radio is turned off).
    3. Phone turned off at 13% battery ( when phone radio is on or phone at 2g mode).
Do you have any suggestions.....to solve these problems?
