I love my mobile phone (blackberry z10).
I have few many problems after upgrading my phone with several official updates released by blackberry.
I never update my phone with beta OS, or manually with auto-loader.
Problems i faced after upgrading are (1). Battery charge get drained to 0 within 7hours (2). Issues with setting wallpaper.
My current OS version is 10.3.2.2639
Software release 10.3.2.2474.

I want to downgrade my phone OS to factory OS. ( I mean the OS that initially comes with the device) .

SUGGEST WELCOMED.
KINDLY HELP ME GUYS.

All Z10 devices were initially shipped with OSes prior to 10.3.2.

Once in 10.3.2, however, you can't go back because of the anti-theft feature.

I would recommend a clean install of your OS to clear out the cobwebs. Use Link to reload your OS. You will have to set it up from scratch again.
