For now, they're only marketed in India. You'd have to import one but then say goodbye to any warranty. And parts would be nearly impossible to find if ever needed.
Spec wise, not sure which is better between the Evolve X and the KEY2, but the KEY2 is plenty fast enough for just about anyone.
They're not likely to leave Optiemus territory (i.e. India), especially if the list of network bands on the webside represents every band available; for example, getting the phone to work in North America would be a miracle.
The Evolve X has the same CPU as the KEY2 underneath (Snapdragon 660), and is 8k cheaper than the KEY2 (~43k vs ~35k) in India when comparing 6GB RAM/64GB storage models. A full comparison between the two isn't exactly ready yet, since Optiemus only recently remembered they wanted to sell the Evolve X. It should be noted that the best estimate for the price of the upcoming OnePlus 6T in India is around the same price as the Evolve X.
For the regular Evolve, that's a middling Snapdragon 450 inside, so the KEY2 (even the KEY2 LE) is faster.
