I'm using Z10 OS 10.2.1.3175.
Can anyone tell me how exactly the charging circuit works?? It stops charging when it goes to 100% and starts draining the battery. Is this how it works for everyone??

Ummmmmm when it gets to 100% where else is it supposed to go but start using the battery????

nope. it reached 100% and stays 100% if the charger is in, unless...

it is very weak charger and very power consuming app running (i.e. video file)

In my opinion, when the battery goes 100%, it is then trickle charged, or charged to a lower rate, just to remain in its fully charged state. That's why you'll notice that after a few minutes upon reaching 100%, the charger and the battery's temperature goes down considerably. The charge goes down below 100% if the device consumes more power (downloading something on LTE, Active Frames open, considerable amount of apps running, etc.) than the trickle charge can supply. Just my two cents.

I thought so.. I don't have any apps running or video.. I use the new charger and phone and there should be no weak spare problem.. my battery icon changes with a small opening at the back, symbolically draining charge..
Trickle charge shouldn't take the battery charge back to 90% right??
No one else noticed this??
