[CrackBerry Question]

I see the update available on my Z30 in BlackBerry World, but was told that I must also update the application on the Desktop for it to work. But how do I do that? The update on the BlackBerry website is only ver. 1.1.0.22 (Windows OS), and I don't see a toolbar option to update from within the Desktop app. Can someone please help?

You need both. The BlackBerry World version for your device and the desktop version for your computer, which can be downloaded here - BlackBerry Blend ? Desktop Software for BlackBerry - US and you should be seeing.. BlackBerry 10 Desktop Software Installer v1.2.0.52 (Windows OS). If you're not seeing that, try a different browser or clear your cache.

You clean your browser's and PC's cache, reboot and try again, since the update to 1.2 (Windows - v1.2.0.52; Mac - v1.2.0.58) is available on Blackerry's site.
