How do you turn phone Ringer on Z30?
It's possible that I may be misinterpreting the question.
Do you mean change or turn on/off the ring tones? Or are you in silent mode?
If so then two finger swipe down from the top, tap settings, tap notifications, you'll see ringtones on a drop down menu and can adjust your various profiles and make customizations to suit you. If you're in silent mode change the active profile to normal.
