my phone says there is a debug token installed , but also says it expires in 10 days , but is valid until Feb 20 2015.... IS it possible because i have forgotten my author name and password from that debug token ,to install a new one ? How do I do that?

You should only be using debug tokens if you are a developer or connected tester, in which case the developer can help.

To create a debug token just repeat the steps you followed to create it the first time

You don't need the author name and password once the debug token is created.
