You don't. If you read the screen when you started the encryption, it was stated that the files will remain encrypted and will be required to be unencrypted on the same device prior to any wipe or OS update. You can go ahead and delete them at your convenience.
You have any friends at the NSA.... if not, your out of luck.
Encryption is good IF you need it and IF you back things up on a regular basis.
