How do I upgrade to the latest 10.3 software on a tmobile usa Q10?

Hello. I'm guessing you have a T-Mobile branded Q10 (i.e. one that was purchased from TMO) and that's why you are not seeing the 10.3.2 update. Well, not to worry--TMO may have forsaken you, but we at CrackBerry are here to help.

Something I should point out before you update: if you use the WiFi calling feature and choose to update your Q10 to 10.3, you will lose the WiFi calling feature. And with 10.3.2.500 onward, you cannot downgrade your OS back to 10.2.1 so it won't be possible to "try out" 10.3.2 and then go back to builds that had WiFi calling. So make sure you want to update and lose WiFi calling.

That being said, here are your update options:

1. Autoloaders. This is a destructive method of updating in that it wipes your phone completely clean before installing the new OS on it.
