    Follow the guide in my signature.
    Download the autoloader and it will erase everything on your phone. Then you can restore your backup. When you do, make sure you choose a selective restore and do not restore the android runtime.

    There is another way to update. You can download Sachesi and a blitz folder and just load the folder of files over what you have on your phone. Then you do not lose any data.
    However, you would need to download Sachesi on your PC and download the proper folder for your phone.
