    I do not want to be notified by a sound every time I receive an email. How do I turn this feature off?

    • Settings
    • Notifications
    • Whatever your Active Profile is set to, tap it (or create a new profile)
    • tap Customize App Notifications
    • tap Email Messages
    • tap each individual Account
    • Turn off All Notifications or just the Sound
    • Hope it helps.
