since last update when I close the app, it sends me a notification of closing the app

Hello and welcome to CB. I don't use iPhones but is there a setting somewhere? Options?

I also have never used BBM on an iPhone, but all my iPhone friends are also complaining about this issue. It was hard enough for me to get them to start using BBM, and things like this keep happening that gives them ammunition to throw it back in my face and say they are going to delete the app.

The newest complaint is every time they close the app, they get a dialogue box to confirm they want to close it.

I would think there would be something in the options to turn this off?

I don't understand why people would close the app (unless I'm missing something). Isn't bbm the sort of app you would want running constantly?

It has a respective settings where you can set it all.

Not having notifications come through was the biggest complaint about Bbm amongst IPhone people I know!

They kept thinking they were missing messages. I hope this feature is here to stay.
