How do I transfer my data from 9630 to Classic when 9630 won't connect to anything?

If have all my data on a 9630, which has something wrong with its connection, so my computer (or any other computer) doesn't recognize it. This means I can't back up and haven't in a very long time. I bought a new Classic and want to transfer contacts and the like. Is there any way to do it? I think there's something wrong with the connector on the 9630 which prevents it from transferring data.

Try loading Device Switch from App World, follow on screen prompts. See if that works.

If you have BlackBerry Protect on the 9630, backup everything and then when setting up the Classic you'll be given the option to do an import from BlackBerry Protect.
