    After switching phones, I'm trying to put songs purchased from BlackBerry World on to my desktop. I tried doing a regular backup. Any other ideas?

    I never bought music from the BBW but if it's anything like movies then it's device ID specific with license. Meaning, you download it on one phone and it will only play on that very phone.
