How can I transfer the information backed up on Link to the new phone? Everything I have tried requires access to the old phone which I can't do because the screen is dead.

3,573 If you cam connect your Passport via Link I would safe information to your PC and transfer sd card content also before its too late and you can't access any further!
277 If I can jump into this thread, and I really hope this isn't too stupid a question, but how do I transfer my data and settings from my Classic onto my new KeyOne? I naively thought I could plug the KeyOne into my PC after backing up the Classic, and Link or something similar would do the rest!
