[CrackBerry Question]

My passport died (screen has gone black) but i am able to connect to it thru Blackberry Link. My replacement phone is the new Key One. How can I transfer the information backed up on Link to the new phone? Everything I have tried requires access to the old phone which I can't do because the screen is dead.

If you cam connect your Passport via Link I would safe information to your PC and transfer sd card content also before its too late and you can't access any further!
Normally transfer is simple using content transfer app but you need acces to both devices to carry out.

If I can jump into this thread, and I really hope this isn't too stupid a question, but how do I transfer my data and settings from my Classic onto my new KeyOne? I naively thought I could plug the KeyOne into my PC after backing up the Classic, and Link or something similar would do the rest!

I'm feeling a bit clueless here!
