I am not able to transfer the contact list stored on the SD card. Please direct on how i can transfer the same into phone.

What format is the data in?

can you use Desktop manager to export the list to csv?, then you can import the csv into the phone using desktop manager.

1. Convert the vcf file( contacts in Android) to Xls and save it in ur pc.
2.U have to create a single CSV file from a xls that is already created .
3. From File menu choose Import / Export Option.
Go with Import from another program or file Export to a file
Choose comma Separate Values(Windows).
Select Destination / Source to Import / Export csv file.( you can do it without configuring any email in ur outlook).Now u can see multiple contacts in ur outlook.
4. From BB , in organize , chose the mode as Outlook , change the directory from which tht contacts from outlook needs to be fetched (in advanced field)
5. After setting all... Sync the contacts .
