    Try an app like Contact-X or others. That will allow a backup file to be put on an SD card or in the cloud with Box or DropBox, etc.

    hello. which OS do you have? If its a legacy device, then you'll have to do it one by one.
    more efficient way will be making a .vcf file of them. you can do it by 'Databackup' app from BB World.
    If you need instructions, i can post them

    If you have a BB10, then just go to your contacts app, and then options.
