    Hi all,

I am having problems with back-up of my contacts on Blackberry 10. The problem is that the USB access does not work on the phone. I am therefore unable to use Blackberry Desktop Software. I have tried to connect using Bluetooth, but this does not work.
I have tried to back-up using Gmail and Facebook as well, but this did not work either.

Do you have any solutions to my problem? It is very urgent, so I hope that you are able to help me!

    Thank you very much!

Make sure you have the USB drivers that come with BlackBerry Link for BB10 (not the BBOS Desktop version) installed.

Make sure you have GMail as the default account for the Contacts app. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to sync your contacts to it.

I use ContactsImEx from BlackBerry World. You can export your contacts to csv file and save it to your SD card. If you can't connect your phone to your PC by USB, use a USB card reader to connect your SD card directly to the PC, and copy your backups over that way.
