    I have tried using Blackberry link, but my phone does not show up, (although I've followed all the troubleshooting advice) my phone number has now been registered to my new nano sim for my BB Passport and I have my contacts still backed up on my BB 9900.

    Can anyone help ?

    There is a App in bbw called device switch, i think it works pretty good,

    BlackBerry Protect. I haven't used it, but it claims to restore a BlackBerry 7.1 or earlier backup to your BB10 device.
