    Can you elaborate?

    What exactly do you mean by tethering to a VPN? Are you trying to connect your Z10 to VPN and then tether a computer to it so that the cumputer has access to the VPN?

    What part isn't working? connecting the phone to the VPN or connecting another device to your phone?

    When was the last time it worked and what has changed since? have you upgraded your phone software? have there been any upgrades to the VPN?
