    Ran 'low priority' update on Bold 9900 using o/s 7.1 but now after part failed install, (72% of the Java part of the install part) cannot get past "App Error 602 - Reset".
    Tried 6 'resets' but failed, and a similar amout of hard reboots also failed?

    KB29237-"App Error 602" appears on the BlackBerry smartphone
