How do I switch from iPhone to Blackberry and reverse?

I have the pleasure of carrying a personal phone and a work phone. Unlike most my personal phone has always been a blackberry and my work phone an iPhone. Lately i've been wanting to switch sims and use my blackberry with my work plan and my iPhone with my personal plan. Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to transfer and edit my contacts from one phone to another?

would also like to be able to edit on a computer my contacts before transferring them. i have a lot of junk contacts that would be easier to edit on my macbook than in the phone itself I'd like to make names more uniform etc.

You can sync your iPhone contacts to Outlook with iTunes. You can sync the same contacts to your BlackBerry using BlackBerry Link on your PC. You can also keep separate groups of contacts in Outlook if you wish.
