Ive tryed the power down but it starts the wipe again
when pluged into the computer BB link will recongize it under my name still

I remember i had this problem with a Passport. I did a hard restart.............make sure their are no cards in phone.
Just press lock button for 10 second and do till that till u don't get the error.and the reload the os
