    I go to BB Hub,
    Add Account
    Put all the correct email account credentials
    Then I get an error message "your account can't be authenticated."
    Any ideas how I can overcome this issue?

    That can mean that your email account isn't acknowledging the request. I suggest you go the PC version of the account and see if you need to change a setting to allow your device access.

    The problem might be your password for your email account you set up on your computer. You need to put in the correct PW that is already on your laptop/computer
