I've done a simswap through Orange after losing my phone. The new sim is in my old Blackberry Torch 9800 and I've kept my old number. But I cannot set up email as it tells me the device wont connect to the server. I am connected to wifi though. Can you help?Also I can't register my device on the wireless network - the Host Routing Table list is empty, and no message comes back when I click on Register now.

In Canada you would need to ensure you are on a BIS or BES plan to use an OS 7 phone for email. If you kept the same data plan for your phone that might be your problem right there and remember to use BES, your work must enable it otherwise, BIS for you.
